Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers, in plain language. If yours isn't here, just ask.

How much does a website or app cost?

Every project is different, so we don't publish one-size-fits-all prices. After a free discovery call we prepare a detailed estimate with defined scope, timeline and pricing, before you commit to anything.

How long does it take?

A typical website takes a few weeks; larger apps take longer. Your estimate includes a timeline, and our short build cycles mean you see real progress every week.

What happens after launch? Do you disappear?

No. Launch isn't goodbye. We offer ongoing support: fixes, updates, and improvements as your business grows. You choose how much or how little you need.

What if something breaks or I need a change later?

Bugs in what we delivered are covered by a 90-day warranty: we fix them at no charge. Beyond that, and for new changes or improvements, support can be occasional (write us when you need something) or ongoing, whatever fits your business. It's all spelled out in the contract, so both sides know exactly what's covered.

Do I own the code and my website?

Yes, 100%. Everything we build for you belongs to you. It's in our contract.

I'm not technical. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Most of our clients aren't. We explain everything in plain language and handle the technical side.

Do you speak Spanish?

Sí. We work in English and Spanish: calls, emails and documentation in whichever you prefer.

Can you improve my existing website instead of building a new one?

Yes. We can review what you have and improve it: a redesign, new features, or fixes.

How do payments work?

Flexible: monthly, biweekly or per project stage, whatever fits your cash flow. Scope, pricing and the 90-day warranty are fixed in the contract before we start.

What do I need to prepare before contacting you?

Just your idea or problem, in your own words. A short message is enough to get started. We'll ask the right questions on the discovery call.
